Paula Jost joined First Choice Tree Service in June 2025, bringing with her an impressive 23 years of experience from Sunworld and a strong background in office administration, customer service, and operational support.

Since joining First Choice, Paula has played a key role in improving front office workflows and strengthening the day-to-day efficiency of our administrative operations. As Office Manager, she helps oversee important processes including billing and invoicing while leading a capable administrative team that is focused on getting things done accurately and efficiently.

Paula and her team provide essential support throughout the company, assisting our customers, field divisions, managers, and executive team while helping ensure communication and administrative processes remain organized and responsive. Her leadership, experience, and commitment to excellent customer service have made a positive impact across the organization.

Paula came to First Choice with a clear goal of applying the knowledge and experience gained throughout her successful career to help strengthen our office operations. We have been very fortunate to have her as part of the First Choice Tree Service team and greatly appreciate the leadership, professionalism, and dedication she brings to our office every day.
