Leonardo Lino joined First Choice Tree Service in October 2018 and has become a highly valued leader within our Grounds Maintenance Division. As Field Supervisor, Leonardo brings strong technical knowledge, dependable leadership, and a clear commitment to the continued growth and improvement of the division.

In addition to overseeing grounds maintenance operations, Leonardo is a skilled irrigation technician with the experience and practical knowledge needed to help identify issues, support efficient water management, and keep landscape systems performing properly. His hands-on understanding of the work allows him to effectively guide crews while maintaining high standards for quality, consistency, and service.

Leonardo is well respected by those who work alongside him and is someone many of our team members look to for guidance and support. He is focused on helping develop a strong, knowledgeable, and well-trained team of grounds maintenance professionals who take pride in their work and represent First Choice at the highest level.

Known for being dependable and always willing to step in wherever he is needed, Leonardo embodies the teamwork and dedication that are so important to our organization.
