Gail Hill

Gail Hill joined First Choice Tree Service in August 2024, bringing with her more than three decades of experience in business development within the HOA and community management industry.

Her extensive knowledge of community management, combined with the strong professional relationships she has developed throughout her career, has proven to be a tremendous asset to First Choice. Gail understands the needs and expectations of community managers, HOA boards, and industry professionals, allowing her to build meaningful partnerships and identify new opportunities for growth.

As our Business Development Representative, Gail plays a key role in expanding First Choice’s presence within the HOA market and has been instrumental in the continued growth and success of our Grounds Maintenance Division. Her experience, professionalism, and ability to connect with others have helped strengthen our relationships within the community management industry while introducing more properties to the quality and service First Choice provides.
