Audelio Fierros has been an integral part of First Choice Tree Service since 2003, building an impressive career through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to learning every aspect of professional tree care. Audelio began his career with First Choice as a laborer, where his strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly became apparent. As he developed his arboricultural skills and gained valuable hands-on experience, he advanced to Tree Climber, then Tree Foreman, and ultimately into his current leadership role as Tree Division Field Manager.

With more than two decades of experience at First Choice, Audelio brings an exceptional level of field knowledge to the Tree Division. He is experienced in coordinating and overseeing a wide range of tree care operations, including highly technical and complex projects that require careful planning, specialized equipment, and experienced crews. His extensive background in the field gives him a unique ability to understand both the operational and logistical requirements of each project.

Audelio also works closely with First Choice’s Scheduling Department, using his extensive field experience and project management knowledge to help organize crews, equipment, and resources efficiently. His ability to anticipate project needs and understand the capabilities required for each job plays an important role in keeping Tree Division operations running smoothly.

Throughout First Choice Tree Service, Audelio is highly respected not only by the tree crews he leads, but also by employees throughout our other field divisions, administrative departments, and management team. Known for being dependable, approachable, and always willing to help wherever he is needed, Audelio represents the teamwork and service-minded attitude that are at the heart of First Choice.

His progression from an entry-level laborer to Tree Division Field Manager is a reflection of his experience, leadership, and dedication to the company and his profession.
