Alejandro Dominguez

Alejandro Dominguez joined First Choice Tree Service as Safety Manager in June 2026, and we are excited to welcome him as part of our team. Although relatively new to the tree care and landscape industry, Alejandro has quickly immersed himself in our operations, gaining valuable knowledge of our field practices while already making a positive impact by streamlining processes, strengthening safety procedures, and identifying opportunities for continued improvement.

Alejandro brings valuable experience in workplace safety, regulatory compliance, training, inspections, and documentation. Prior to joining First Choice, he served as a Safety Manager, overseeing OSHA compliance and reporting, employee safety training, jobsite inspections, incident investigations, safety equipment, and the development and enforcement of company safety policies. His previous experience as a Code Enforcement Specialist with the City of North Las Vegas further strengthened his ability to interpret regulations, conduct detailed inspections, maintain accurate documentation, and effectively communicate compliance requirements.

At First Choice, Alejandro works closely with our leadership and field teams to further strengthen our culture of safety across all areas of operation. His attention to detail, organization, and commitment to continuous improvement have already made him a valuable addition to First Choice, and we are excited to see him continue to grow and succeed in his role.

Outside of work, Alejandro enjoys fishing and hunting and is a proud advocate for Folds of Honor, an organization providing educational scholarships to the families of America’s fallen or disabled military service members and first responders.
